In a class by itself with its homemade dishes and great food to delight any palate. South Tyrol is famous for the characteristic and imaginative cuisine. We would like to offer you some tipical specialities in our restaurant, like ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta or the popular “Speck”, which is cured ham.

Of course, there is Italian influence in preparing our dishes. We use high quality olive oil, only fresh vegetables and of course, a lot of Parmesan cheese. Guests with half-board accomodation in the Grissianerhof can enjoy this regional but also Italian dishes having a 4-course-menu every evening.
